It is a chicken that is a cross between “Yagido”, a game chicken native to Mie Prefecture, “Ise Akadori” and “Nagoya Cochin”. Based on the Kumano Jidori, they developed an original chicken “Premium Kumano Jidori” in collaboration with a chicken farmer.
